As a thought leader in our Silicon Valley innovation hub, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and Silicon Valley disruptors to prototype solutions for climate resilience, neural interfaces, and decentralized economies. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps for our quantum AI division and shape public policy through our Future Ethics Council.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic roadmaps for quantum-bio-AI convergence technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping neural-quantum computing interfaces
- Develop predictive models for climate adaptation using AI-driven simulations
- Establish ethical frameworks for consciousness-level AI development
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and government stakeholders
- Coordinate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen human augmentation research
- Drive innovation sprints for decentralized economic systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Biology, Computational Neuroscience, or equivalent field
- 5+ years experience in emerging tech strategy at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of decentralized governance models (DAOs)
- Experience with neural interface development (BCI/Neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling interdisciplinary R&D initiatives
- Speaker at TED/WEF on future-of-humanity topics
