Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and disruptive business models through 2026
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future market conditions
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive-level briefings on future trends and their strategic implications
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and industry experts
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with emerging realities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Economics, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurism with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, predictive analytics, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive boards and C-suite audiences
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation required
