As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to shape our 2026-2030 roadmap, leveraging data-driven insights and predictive modeling to identify disruptive opportunities. Your work will directly influence product development, market expansion, and organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight framework using advanced analytics and trend synthesis
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on emerging opportunities and threats
- Establish key performance indicators for innovation pipeline maturity and market adaptation speed
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical factors impacting our 2026 growth strategy
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to the Board of Directors and innovation council
- Partner with R&D to validate and prototype concepts derived from trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent advanced degree
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementation from foresight work
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Cassandra, Trendalyzer) and data visualization platforms
- Experience scaling innovation in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy preferred)
