Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future technology and human evolution
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Published thought leader in technology or future trends with proven audience engagement
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
