- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry influence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-concept innovations
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on long-term strategy
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven forecasting models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
