Responsibilities

- Design strategic roadmaps for clients anticipating technological, regulatory, and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable foresight
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing methodologies
- Build and maintain a global network of industry futurists and innovation experts
- Quantify future risk/opportunity impact through advanced scenario modeling
- Advocate for ethical innovation in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research (peer-reviewed journals or industry reports)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and system dynamics modeling
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
- Deep understanding of technological convergence implications (Web4.0, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
