Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Monitor global signals and disruptors through advanced horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
