Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze macro-trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes across tech, climate, and social domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizations navigating exponential technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation pathways
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Advise C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational structures and talent ecosystems
- Identify and vet disruptive startups and technologies with 2026 market potential
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with demonstrated impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and long-term forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational change initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
