Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology, societal, and market shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Champion innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future challenges
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate future intelligence into product development and business strategy
- Produce thought leadership content on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in futurist strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech foresight
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation
