Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, neurotech, Web4.0) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Author white papers on societal impact of next-gen technologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and incubate moonshot projects
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks for 2030 market landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (Harvard Business Review, Wired, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
