Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic scenarios using trend analysis, AI forecasting, and cross-industry research
- Design actionable roadmaps for clients in tech, healthcare, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and risks
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with data-driven insights and visualizations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate hypotheses
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi technique)
- Proficiency with AI-powered forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation (portfolio required)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
