Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers on biotech-neural interface convergence
- Advose on ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Represent company at global futurism conferences (Davos, Singularity Summit)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses in top-tier journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
