Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and simulation tools
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and implementation strategies
- Author quarterly foresight briefs distributed to 500+ enterprise executives and policymakers
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency with futures simulation tools (e.g., AnyLogic, Stella) and data visualization platforms
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business publications
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented trend-based strategic initiatives
- Security clearance eligibility for sensitive client engagements
