Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Architect innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Build and lead a cross-functional future-focused task force across global R&D centers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at Davos-level forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (STEEP-LE, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
