Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging 2026+ technology trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Develop predictive models for market disruption using proprietary AI forecasting tools
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients in biotech, energy, and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-concept solutions
- Publish quarterly trend reports in partnership with MIT Media Lab
- Advise C-suite executives on long-term risk mitigation and innovation opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency with trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary platforms)
- Published thought leadership on future technology impacts
- Experience with AI/ML model development for trend prediction
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
