Responsibilities

- Establish innovation KPIs and track future-readiness metrics across business units
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototyping of breakthrough innovations
- Author annual 'Future State' reports and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technological forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with strategic planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
