- Design and execute innovation sprints for emerging technology adoption
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across industries
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend-analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization proficiency
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Graduate)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend impact assessment
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies
