Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global mega-trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) to identify 2026 strategic inflection points
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year horizon with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead 'Future Labs' - immersive innovation workshops with executive stakeholders and industry disruptors
- Architect 2026-readiness roadmaps for product development, talent acquisition, and market expansion
- Establish KPIs for exponential growth initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning company as 2026 innovation authority
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)

- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell Two, Delphi) and trend analysis frameworks
