Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, biotech convergence) to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in fintech, healthcare, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build future-proof organizational capabilities
- Author white papers and trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Advolve executive teams on strategic pivots for quantum computing and neurotech adoption
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 strategic innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in C-suite strategic consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Python/R and Tableau
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience facilitating executive workshops across Fortune 500 companies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful scenario-planning implementations
