Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for C-suite stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps for next-generation product development
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic vision at global industry summits and conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in future trends or scenario planning
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on long-term transformation
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
