- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype disruptive business models
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Author annual 'State of 2026' trend reports influencing $1B+ investment decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex insights to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan preferred)
