Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping exponential technology intersections (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Produce quarterly Horizon Reports with data-driven risk assessments and opportunity analysis
- Advise executive team on strategic pivots and market disruption timelines
- Build and manage global network of futurist researchers and industry pioneers
- Architect innovation incubation programs for emerging tech ventures
- Represent company at global futurist forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies and societal impact (2020-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi methods)
- Track record of commercializing emerging tech innovations
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio of 3+ strategic roadmaps implemented in Fortune 500 environments
