- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and design thinkers
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published work in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review
- Expertise in blockchain, synthetic biology, and AI ethics
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to IPO
