- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum-resistant systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI/ML and blockchain specialists
- Produce actionable trend reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future tech planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on 4IR implications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in AI ethics or blockchain architecture preferred
