Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and emerging tech startups
- Deliver executive briefings and whitepapers on technological disruption and market evolution
- Architect the company's 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs and implementation milestones
- Mentor a dedicated futurist team and cultivate an organization-wide culture of anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
