Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Deliver trend reports and scenario analyses to executive stakeholders
- Curate external innovation ecosystems through partnerships and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, product innovation, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or tech foresight
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
