- Establish cross-functional 'Future Councils' to embed foresight into daily operations
- Author quarterly trend briefs and horizon-scanning reports for industry adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainable development
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two Loops, Delphi Method)
