Responsibilities

- Produce actionable strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-readiness initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer emerging solutions
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and disruptive technologies affecting 2026 market dynamics
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to the board and investor community
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
