Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for disruptive market shifts and regulatory transformations
- Develop predictive models using big data, NLP, and machine learning to identify emerging opportunities
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational resilience
- Author quarterly trend reports and white papers disseminated to Fortune 500 partners
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects testing futuristic concepts in controlled environments
- Build strategic alliances with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related strategic discipline
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology or societal disruption scenarios
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE, PESTLE) and trend visualization platforms
- Track record of successfully implementing future-oriented initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AGI, synthetic biology, decentralized networks, or neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
