Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market opportunities
- Develop quantitative frameworks to quantify disruption risks and exponential growth vectors
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders using immersive storytelling and data visualization
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate strategic foresight into executable product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Monitor emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts to maintain strategic advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting and disruption analysis
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Deep understanding of sociotechnical systems and human-centered design principles
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched 3-5 years prior
