Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive analytics and trend research
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce actionable scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making
- Establish innovation pipelines for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to align long-term R&D initiatives with market evolution forecasts
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting 2026 strategic landscape
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready strategies in tech or finance sectors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
