Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global mega-trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic frameworks for disruptive technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Author visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Architect innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting technological trajectories
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., STEEP, PESTLE)
