You'll collaborate with global R&D teams and present insights to C-suite executives while driving cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to predict 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Produce trend reports and predictive analytics for internal stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight data into executable product roadmaps and business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and megatrend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
