Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models to guide organizational decision-making.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate future-focused insights into business strategy and innovation initiatives.
- Lead workshops and presentations to communicate future trends and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Economics, Technology, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans based on future trends analysis.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
