Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy quantum-computing frameworks for 2026-era AI applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing autonomous systems with ethical AI governance
- Research and implement next-gen cybersecurity protocols for post-quantum encryption
- Design neural interfaces for human-computer symbiosis (BCI/NLP integration)
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on space-age computing infrastructure
- Develop predictive models for climate tech solutions using exascale computing
- Establish industry standards for AI transparency and quantum safety protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or AI ethics
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech implications
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with DARPA/NASA tech development programs
- Track record of scaling tech startups from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) and AI Governance
