Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact on emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE analysis)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental tech
