- Develop multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2030 sustainability and growth targets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and commercial teams
- Present strategic tech insights to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Author annual 'Tech Horizons' industry trend report
- Champion ethical tech frameworks for next-gen deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- C-suite presentation experience with measurable impact on tech adoption
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on predictive modeling
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks and tech disruption analysis
