Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 global tech adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype quantum-secure blockchain solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, AGI) for market disruption potential
- Design human-centered AI frameworks for ethical deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and board with data-driven risk/reward models
- Manage $10M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Partner with UN Tech Envoy to shape global AI governance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 10M+ user adoption (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and distributed ledger systems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACFS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or emerging tech (3+ papers)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption scenarios
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
