Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years at director level
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to production
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics preferred
- Expertise in sustainable tech and circular economy models
- Strong network with DARPA, NASA, and academic research institutions
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
