- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global tech accelerators
- Mentor junior researchers through our QuantumLeap Fellowship Program
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos and Global Tech Summit 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks and quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature or Science journals (2020-2023)
- Experience with agile methodologies for complex R&D projects
- Certification in sustainable technology design (e.g., LEED AP)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
