Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Design the comprehensive technical vision and architectural strategy for our upcoming AI initiatives, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Machine Learning, and Autonomous Agents.
- System Design & Optimization: Oversee the design and implementation of complex distributed systems, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the AI division.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to define long-term technical strategies and guide teams through complex implementation cycles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical proposals to non-technical stakeholders.
