Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the 2026 Strategic Vision for OmniFuture Corp, defining key technological milestones and market opportunities.
- Analyze emerging technologies, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech, to identify disruptive trends relevant to our industry.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to translate long-term horizons into short-term, executable quarterly goals.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on the future state of the organization.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and geopolitical factors that may impact the 2026 roadmap.
- Advocate for innovation by securing funding and resources for experimental projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product strategy within a major tech organization.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term (5-10 year) strategic roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading diverse teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.
