Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns business objectives with emerging technological trends anticipated by 2026.
- Disruptive Innovation Analysis: Monitor and evaluate breakthrough technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Sustainable Tech) to forecast future market needs.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate partnerships with startups and research institutions focused on futuristic tech solutions.
- Executive Communication: Present complex strategic insights to C-level executives and stakeholders, translating technical data into business value.
- Feasibility & ROI: Conduct rigorous research and pilot programs to validate the feasibility and return on investment for high-risk, high-reward future tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA/MS) is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or senior engineering roles with a focus on future trends.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data analytics.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think beyond current constraints and visualize long-term technology trajectories.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives from conception to execution.
