Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data loads.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI and predictive algorithms into core operational workflows.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives.
- Security & Compliance: Implement zero-trust security protocols and ensure full compliance with emerging regulatory standards.
- Technology Roadmapping: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Neuromorphic Computing) and evaluate their feasibility for implementation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refactor legacy systems to ensure peak efficiency and reduced carbon footprint.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, and containerization.
- AI Fluency: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
