- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology domains
- Develop and maintain dynamic roadmaps with quarterly milestones and risk mitigation protocols
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and agile methodologies in a startup-like environment
- Present progress and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for multi-million dollar project scope
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project/program management with 5+ years leading complex tech initiatives
- Proven track record delivering scalable solutions in AI, quantum, or biotech sectors
- PMP or PgMP certification with advanced Scrum/SAFe expertise
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite and technical teams
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage $5M+ budgets with 95%+ delivery success rate
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
