Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 2026-focused technology roadmaps spanning quantum computing, biometric interfaces, and climate-tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop intellectual property portfolios with 15+ patents filed annually
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in tech development
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Sustainable Technology
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven commercialization of emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate modeling
- Track record of securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with agile methodologies for future-tech prototyping
- Certified in AI Ethics or Sustainable Technology frameworks
