- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic vision through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to develop breakthrough products/services for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Pioneer research partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present compelling future-state narratives to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor innovation teams in adaptive thinking and exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, TED talks, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
