Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in prototyping quantum-resistant systems and human-AI symbiotic solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, neurotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Design ethical frameworks for exponential technologies through stakeholder engagement
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with academic institutions on 10-year R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in ethical technology governance frameworks
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across multiple geographies
