Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging disruptors and market opportunities
- Design innovation pipelines for quantum-resistant cryptography and climate-positive technologies
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-state technology development
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of exponential innovation
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing future-state business models
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed innovations brought to market
