- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors, partners, and executive boards
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation incubator team focused on 2026+ breakthroughs
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology R&D leadership
